Ellen Phaff Shein is the only Israeli participant and is having a wonderful experience. A native of Albany, NY, Ellen attended Ramah in New England in the 1960′s and decided to make aliya “in large part due to the very inspiring Zionist experience I had on Ramah Israel Seminar in 1969.”
